Blame it on the Rain...

Salutations Folks (lol)

The other day a friend of mine called me in a big frenzy. Her boyfriend broke up with her. My heart went out to her and of course I stayed on the phone trying to console her. However, after a couple minutes of consoling I started getting the feeling that she wasn't all that upset about the breakup. So of course Mamachel push and push and hush and hush until finally I get the full scoop. This young lady started saying that there must be another girl her poor heart couldn't take it if he just broke up with her because of her. There must be another woman! Or maybe he's gay. (that's another post all together)

Now folks if you don't understand let Mamachel break it down for you. Stacy is simply saying that if the man broke up with her for another woman then it would be easier to accept. However, if he broke up with her because he was tired of her and no woman was involved then that would be worst.

I tried to tell her that since she has never had any proof of another woman then maybe, just maybe he's genuinely not in love with her. Readers, I almost lost an eye!!! In drastic situations like these I can do nothing but put it up to you to help me out.

You and your personality or another woman which one is easier to accept as the reason a relationship ends?

As a man I can't quite say which reason a woman would prefer, as neither option elicits a positive response from the lady when told.

It's probably just a case of "the grass always being greener" when she says that she'd prefer the other reason...

Hello Mamachel,
Sometimes birds of a feather DO NOT flock together! Maybe this bird wants to fly with another frock I mean flock!

Hi there, I found your blog byu accident and I just had a few comments:

Your writing is really stupid, and extra annoying when you refer to yourself in the third person, Eg: "So of course Mamachel push and push and hush and hush until finally I get the full scoop."

You learned your style of "writing" from watching American TV ? You're American or Jamaican?

Why do you sign your name with the date on the end?

Do you think we don;t know what year it is or is that just another part of your stupid style of writing?

Great blog mamachel! I don't care what those other people think. Apparently these asses don'e see teh little red "X" on their browser. And to hide behind anonymous really makes them brave.

Personally, coming from a woman's point of view...and I am one the last I checked...I'd rather have a man leave me because he just wasn't into me whether it be personality or whatever. I think the sting would be much worse (and I know because I've felt it before) if he left me for another woman. By the way...pay no attention to the anonymous commenters. It's just there way of killing time during their pathetic days. I think you've got a great blog!

I think I'd have to say that it wouldn't hurt me so much if my partner left me because he just wasn't into me anymore, be it personality or otherwise. It would hurt me a LOT more if there was another woman involved. However, we're all different and prefer different things. It's what makes us all unique.

You know I have something to say. First of all if you don't like what Mamachel is writing then go to another page. What's with all the negativity noone cares what you have to say anonymous. The comment section is for people who have opinions to post about the topics not about the moderator of the blog. Why do you have to hate. Anyways I have never experienced a guy breaking up with me. However if a guy cheats on you then that should be him saying that he wants to break up with you right? So yeh I found out about a guy who cheated on me and he said it was a mistake yeh right! It was only a mistake because his ass got caught. The thing about it is that I was upset so angry about him cheating on me. And then I realized that I wasn't hurt because I loved him I was hurt because how the hell could he cheat on me( this was long distance also). I mean if he didn't want to be with me then he should have just said something because I really didn't have a problem getting back on the dating scene. For months he tried to get back with me and got upset when I started dating my now fiance who really is a great guy although he be trying to aact up too but I am so happy that I didn't hang on to that one. So with that I am saying to the friend whose boyfriend broke up with her that while it might bring some closure to you knowing why he broke up with you don't dwell on it. Maybe its a good thing because it gives you another chance to experience dating someone else. Another piece of advice to you would be that if you are dating again and it becomes serious you should cut contact off with that guy and any other old relationships that you man would have a problem with. Because that could create some friction. But that's all I have to say.
